Is Xianhong a mine support design company?
No. Xianhong is an OEM manufacturer. We review manufacturability and produce against buyer-approved specifications. Product selection, support design and site suitability remain with the buyer and project engineer.
Who does Xianhong primarily supply?
Our OEM service is designed for importers, distributors, specialist mining suppliers, contractors and other buyers that provide an approved specification or drawing.
Can you manufacture to our drawing?
Yes, drawing-based review is available. The drawing should include revision, units, tolerances, material, performance, surface, marking and packing requirements.
Can you match an existing sample?
A sample can support manufacturing review, but the final quotation should still define measurable dimensions, material and acceptance requirements.
Do you offer private-label or neutral packing?
Neutral packing, buyer labels and private-label requirements can be reviewed by product and order quantity before quotation.
Will our customer and project information remain confidential?
Buyer drawings, end-user information and commercial details are treated as confidential order information. Any contractual NDA or non-disclosure terms should be agreed in writing.
Will Xianhong contact our end user directly?
Communication follows the agreed commercial channel. Any channel-protection or non-circumvention commitment should be stated in the signed agreement.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Send the product, drawing or specification, quantity, destination, material, test or certificate requirement, branding and packing needs.
Can you provide samples?
Sample or trial-batch feasibility, charge and lead time are confirmed after the specification and tooling requirements are reviewed.
What is the MOQ?
MOQ depends on product family, size, material, tooling, coating, packaging and production route. It is confirmed in the quotation.
What is the lead time?
Lead time is confirmed after the specification, quantity, material availability, inspection and packing requirements are agreed.
Can a third party inspect the order?
Third-party inspection can be included when the inspection scope, timing, acceptance criteria, access and cost responsibility are agreed before production.
Which quality documents are available?
Documents depend on the product and order. They may include dimensional records, material documents, applicable certificates, selected test reports, packing records and shipment photographs.
Do the MA certificates cover every product?
No. Each certificate applies only to the model and product scope stated on the certificate. It does not automatically cover mesh, straps, plates, cable bolts, fasteners or custom products.
Can you guarantee a product is suitable for our mine?
No website or factory quotation can replace project engineering approval. The buyer and project engineer must confirm product selection, support design and site suitability.
Can you provide export packing?
Bundles, pallets, crates, labels and container loading can be reviewed according to the product, destination and buyer requirements.
Can you manufacture repeat orders to the same specification?
Repeat orders should reference the approved drawing, revision, specification and packing instruction. Any change must be reviewed before production.
Why are customer and mine names not shown as case studies?
OEM supply relationships are often confidential. Xianhong publishes named or anonymized supply records only when the information is verified and the buyer approves disclosure.
