Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the contact and project information you choose to provide, including attachments. We also record limited website events such as page visits, RFQ starts, successful submissions, WhatsApp clicks and file downloads.

First-party measurement

We use a first-party event endpoint hosted with our website to understand whether product information and enquiry tools are working. It records limited event, page, country-level location, referral and campaign information. It does not intentionally record names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text or attachment contents.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics is loaded only after you allow analytics. It helps us understand traffic sources, devices and website use. Advertising storage, advertising user data, Google Signals and advertising personalization remain disabled in our standard configuration. Google Analytics may use first-party analytics cookies after consent. You can change your choice at any time using the Analytics choices control in the website footer.

Cloudflare services

Cloudflare provides website delivery, security, serverless functions and privacy-oriented web performance analytics. Request metadata may be processed by Cloudflare as needed to deliver and protect the website.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to review specifications, respond, prepare quotations and maintain business records. Website event data is used to improve product information, content performance and the enquiry process.

Data minimization

We do not send enquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text or attachment contents to website analytics tools. Country is derived from the request location at country level. Campaign parameters are limited to standard UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content values.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with staff and service providers needed to operate the website, provide analytics, deliver email and respond to the enquiry. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may decline optional analytics while continuing to use the website and enquiry form. You may also contact sales@xianhongmining.com to request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, subject to applicable record-keeping duties.
