Friction Rock Bolt RFQ Input Guide
Friction rock bolts are available for formal RFQ review. Xianhong can coordinate supply through qualified regional manufacturing partners after the buyer-approved specification, drawing or sample and the order-level technical and supply scope are confirmed; this does not represent confirmed in-house manufacturing.
Bolt geometry
- Actual outside diameter and tolerance
- Tube wall thickness
- Bolt length and length tolerance
- Slot width and end geometry
- Ring type, ring weld or other end detail
Buyer-specified interface
- Borehole requirement supplied by the buyer or project engineer
- Buyer-specified driver or equipment interface
- Required plate type and hole geometry
- Any buyer-specified collar, dome or plate interface
Acceptance and inspection
- Buyer-approved load or other acceptance requirement and applicable method, if required
- Buyer-approved material or mechanical property requirement
- Dimensional sampling plan
- Buyer- or project-specified coating and corrosion-protection requirement
Responsibility boundary
- The buyer and qualified project authority select the support system
- Xianhong confirms the partner manufacturing route and offered scope per order
- Website fields are RFQ inputs, not installation instructions
- Any offered scope requires order-specific written confirmation
